Parishioners
who are part of the Pastoral Care Ministry across the 3 communities in
our Parish. We take Holy Communion to the Sick, visit people in Hospital,
visit the sick and elderly in homes and retirement villages and bring to
the attention of the Priests anyone who has a specific need for
